Executive PresenceAn illustrative ten-session program
Every leader arrives with a reason, and the course starts there.
When an organization nominates a leader, it names the objective. Meridian uses it to recommend coaches and a track, and the coach comes back to it in the final review.

Five stages, from the invitation to the final report.
Every Meridian program follows the same route. Each leader moves through it at their own pace, and the organization can see where every leader is without seeing what is said.
-
01Onboarding
- Opens the invitation and sets up a login with a work account or a password.
- Reads exactly what the organization can and cannot see.
- Adds a goal in their own words, picks how they like to be coached, and agrees to take part.
-
02Coach matching
- Meridian recommends coaches ranked against the leader’s objective, focus areas and coaching style.
- Together they review the recommendations and, if needed, the wider coach pool.
- They agree on one coach and both sign. The leader’s choice carries the most weight.
-
03Chemistry
- The coach accepts within two working days and offers times.
- They confirm the objective, agree the track and set the schedule.
- Both sign the coaching agreement. If the fit is not right, the leader goes back to matching and keeps every session.
-
04Coaching
- The leader sets the focus before each session.
- The coach works through the six phases of the agreed track.
- A report follows every session, approved by the coach. A mid-point check-in comes after session five.
-
05Complete
- The coach completes a final review against the objective set at nomination.
- The final session closes with what the leader will keep, stop and signal.
- The leader chooses what the organization sees. Nothing is shared until they approve.

Every session follows the same rhythm. The leader brings the focus, the coach brings the method, and Meridian does the preparation and the paperwork around them.

- Nothing is shared until the leader approves. The leader chooses what goes into the final summary.
- Outcomes, never reasons. The organization sees rescheduled, paused or coach change under way, never why.

Four logins, one program, and Edstellar behind all of it.
The leader, the coach and the organization each work in their own view of Meridian. Edstellar runs the service behind them, from the coach network to every escalation.
Inside the organization portal, the program admin has full control, the Head of HR joins coach selection and views the program, and the CEO has view-only access.

What is Meridian?
Meridian is Edstellar’s AI-assisted platform for one-on-one leadership coaching. Each leader works with one certified coach through a structured track of six phases, in a private session room, while the organization runs the program from its own portal.
Who is Meridian for?
Organizations that want to coach a group of their leaders at the same time, from first-time managers to senior executives. The organization nominates each leader and names the objective; the coaching itself belongs to the leader.
How are coaches chosen?
Meridian ranks every available coach against the leader’s profile using seven weighted factors, after three hard rules. The leader and the program admin then choose together in a 30-minute session, and the leader and coach test the fit in a free chemistry session before any coaching begins.
What does AI-assisted mean in Meridian?
Meridian ranks coaches for each leader, suggests questions from the live discussion for the coach to use or set aside, and prepares a draft report after each session. The coach decides what is asked and approves every report before the leader sees it.
Can the organization see what is discussed?
No. The organization sees attendance, session dates, coach assignment, credit use and outcomes, never what is said, written or recorded in a session. At the end, the leader chooses what goes into the summary the organization receives.
How long does a Meridian program run?
A typical program is ten to twelve one-hour sessions, about every two weeks, completed over six to eight months. The organization sets the number of sessions for each leader.
What happens if the coach is not the right fit?
If chemistry shows the fit is wrong, the leader goes back to matching and keeps every session. Later in the program, the leader can ask Edstellar in confidence for a different coach; the organization is told only that a change is under way.
Is Meridian delivered online?
Yes. Every session runs in the Meridian video room in the browser, with reminders before each session and messages for practical things in between.
