Chintan

Chintan is a highly experienced banking professional with a career spanning over 34 years. He has a deep working knowledge and facilitation expertise in disciplines such as Trade Finance, Cash Management, Working Capital, and Sales skills. Chintan has extensive experience facilitating training events in various regions, including Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. He has trained various delegates, from international graduate trainees to seasoned banking professionals.

In addition to his role as a global facilitator, Chintan has held several senior-level positions in the bank in different areas, such as trade finance product management, trade sales and business development, trade operations, and as a relationship manager. He holds an honors degree in Commerce from Delhi University and a postgraduate diploma (MBA) in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is also a certified trainer for the SPIN sales methodology program (by Huthwaite) and has achieved SCB’s internal ‘advanced’ level facilitation standards certification.

Chintan has over 15 years of technical content facilitation experience at Standard Chartered bank. He was responsible for developing, developing, and delivering training programs in trade finance, cash management, and working capital management across SCB’s network. His programs have consistently received excellent feedback exceeding ASTD benchmarks. He has delivered training programs across five continents to participants of over 100 nationalities across different levels in SCB and its network banks. He has maintained program effectiveness, business relevancy, and level appropriateness across various delivery modalities, including classroom, virtual delivery, and digital self-study tools. Additionally, he has built capability frameworks encompassing scaled-up ‘building block’ approaches to learning solutions.
