Edstellar's team coaching is built for intact leadership teams, newly formed groups and cross-functional teams that need to align, build trust and deliver together.
A leadership team that disagrees in the room and undoes it in the corridor creates noise throughout the organization. Team coaching brings the real conversation into the room and builds the habits of a high-performing leadership team.
Focus areas leadership teams often choose: Shared Purpose & Goals and Healthy Conflict
A new team needs to build trust, establish ways of working and find a shared direction fast. Team coaching accelerates the forming process so the group can do real work sooner.
Focus areas newly formed teams often choose: Trust and Shared Purpose & Goals
Teams that cross organizational lines face competing priorities and no shared line management. Team coaching builds the relationships and agreements that let them work well despite the structure.
Focus areas cross-functional teams often choose: Collaboration Across Boundaries and Decision-Making
Bringing together people from different organizations or reorganizing an existing team: team coaching helps the new group build a shared identity and find a way forward together.
Focus areas teams in transition often choose: Trust and Shared Purpose & Goals
The team chooses one focus area with the coach in the discovery session. It shapes the diagnostic, the sessions and the actions that follow.

Team coaching builds the shared habits and relationships that let a group do its best work together. Every Edstellar team coaching program is designed around six benefits.
The team's focus area is agreed in the discovery session and shapes every session that follows. Coaching ensures the work stays connected to what the team actually needs.
Meridian already runs Edstellar's individual coaching paths. Team sessions on Meridian are on the way. Until then, every team coaching session is facilitated live by a certified team coach.

Six steps take the team from sponsor discovery to a review and re-diagnostic. Your sponsor sees progress at every step; what is said in sessions stays in the room.

The sponsor meets the Edstellar coaching consultant to describe the team, the challenge and what a successful program looks like. The focus area is agreed and the program is scoped.
Sponsor and Edstellar
A short diagnostic with the team — either a survey or individual conversations — gives the coach a clear picture of the team's starting point before the first session.
Coach and team members
The coach meets the team, shares what the diagnostic found, agrees the focus area and the way of working for sessions together.
Coach and full team
Facilitated sessions of 60 to 90 minutes on the agreed focus area. The team does the work; the coach holds the space and the process.
Coach and full team · live
Each session ends with agreed actions the team takes back into their daily work. The coach follows up at the start of the next session.
Team between sessions
At the end of the program, the team reviews progress against the focus area. A re-diagnostic measures what has changed and agrees the next step.

The program starts with a diagnostic so the coach and team understand the starting point. Progress is measured against it at the end.
What is said in sessions stays in the room. Your sponsor sees sessions held, focus area and progress.
Team sessions are scheduled to accommodate distributed teams, and coaches are matched on language and the team's working languages.

Start with the team that needs to work better together.
Share the team and what you want them to do better together. A coaching consultant comes back with a recommended focus area, certified team coaches who fit and a program outline.
Coaching works best alongside the rest of how you develop people.
Team coaching is facilitated coaching with an intact group — a leadership team, a newly formed team or a cross-functional group — focused on the shared dynamics, agreements and habits that shape how they work together. Edstellar's team coaching is delivered in facilitated sessions of 60 to 90 minutes by a certified team coach.
Team coaching is for leadership teams, newly formed teams that need to find their rhythm, cross-functional and project teams that work across organizational lines, and teams navigating a merger or restructure.
The number of sessions is agreed in the sponsor discovery and depends on the team's focus area and starting point. Most programs run four to six facilitated sessions over three to six months, plus a diagnostic and a final review.
Every Edstellar team coach is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at PCC or MCC level, the International Coaching Community (ICC) or the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and is experienced in group coaching and team dynamics.
Edstellar recommends certified team coaches based on the team's focus area, size, industry and the working language of the group. The sponsor reviews the recommendations and chooses a coach in the discovery session.
The sponsor sees sessions held, the focus area and progress against it, and the agreed actions the team carries forward. What is said in sessions stays between the team and the coach.
Shared Purpose & Goals, Trust, Decision-Making, Healthy Conflict, Accountability and Collaboration Across Boundaries. The focus area is agreed in the discovery and diagnostic.
Edstellar delivers team coaching virtually. Sessions are facilitated live on video, scheduled to accommodate the team's time zones. In-person delivery can be discussed for teams in the same location.
