Program Overview: What is Agentic AI Corporate Training?
Agentic AI Corporate Training is Edstellar's instructor-led technical program for engineering teams building production AI agent systems. Participants learn agent architectures, control flow, state and memory management, tool integration, evaluation, and guardrails. The focus stays on shipped systems: multi-step agents that behave reliably in production.
Training is hands-on from the first module. Participants compare ReAct, plan-and-execute, and orchestration patterns, then build deterministic task chains with loops, branching, and stopping conditions in guided labs. Instructors coach your team through context window management, tool schemas and function calling, and API integration against real services. The program closes with a capstone where the team ships a hardened working agent system.
Agent projects stall when prototypes meet reality: uncontrolled loops, lost context, tool failures with no fallback, and no way to measure quality. This program teaches your engineers the control and evaluation discipline that makes agents dependable, from guardrails to failure drills. Every pattern is practiced in labs, so the skills transfer directly to your codebase.
The capstone ends with a live multi-step agent running against a real workflow the team owns. They've already wrestled with state, tools, and failure modes, so your first production agent doesn't teach those lessons the hard way.
Across six modules, your team moves from agent foundations to a full capstone build. Every module ends in a hands-on lab, so the skills transfer directly to the workflows your team owns.
Delivered as a hybrid technical program, it fits around your delivery schedule. Upskill your employees with a program designed to improve day-to-day work on agent systems.

Key Skills and Outcomes Your Team Will Gain
Your employees will leave able to design, build, and harden agentic AI systems: control flow, state, tools, and failure handling. These competencies are built and measured in guided lab sessions.
Design agent control flow
Build loops, branching, and handoffs that make agent behavior deterministic and testable.
Manage agent state
Handle short-term context and persistent state so agents recover cleanly across runs and sessions.
Wire tools and APIs safely
Define tool schemas, call APIs, and parse outputs with error handling for failures and timeouts.
Build evaluation harnesses
Score agent runs on task success and reliability, so improvements are measured, not guessed.
Apply agent guardrails
Constrain agent inputs, outputs, and actions with guardrails that fail closed, not open.
Rehearse failure paths
Design retries, fallbacks, and escalation so agents degrade gracefully under real-world conditions.
Ship agent systems
Combine patterns into a working multi-step agent ready for production workflows.
Teams that Benefit from this Agentic AI Group Training
This program is built for engineering and data teams shipping agent systems, from ML engineers to platform teams. Content adapts to role and experience, so each cohort practices on the agent workflows it actually owns.

Frequently Asked Questions
Share your team size, preferred dates, and delivery mode in the lead form, or book a short discovery call first. We reply with a tailored proposal covering scope, schedule, and pricing for your group.
Participants should know basic Python and APIs and be comfortable with AI-assisted tools. A pre-training assessment maps each person's starting level so the program begins where your team actually is.
Yes. Live virtual sessions run on your platform with full remote lab access. Hybrid is the recommended format for technical depth, combining live instruction with supervised hands-on labs.
Yes. Your instructor delivers at your facility with labs configured for your team. Hybrid remains the recommended format, blending onsite and virtual sessions for scheduling flexibility.

Where this Training Fits in Your Team's learning path.
Agentic AI comes after GenAI basics, since agents are built on generative models. This course explains how agents plan, use tools and act; your team then builds them, and the final step adds the governance and controls agents need in production.

Build Agentic AI Skills Through Controlled Workflows and Evaluation
Edstellar helps software teams develop AI agents as systems whose behavior can be inspected and tested. Participants design control flow, manage state, integrate tools, and handle failures before examining evaluation and responsible deployment. A working agent and evaluation report bring these choices together for instructor and peer review.
- Step 01
Consult
We assess programming and LLM experience alongside intended agent tasks to identify needs in state management, tool interfaces, failure handling, and evaluation design.
- Step 02
Plan
We build from agent architectures and control loops through tool integration and recovery, then add evaluation and permission controls before completing a working-agent capstone.
- Step 03
Align
We align instruction with the cohort’s programming readiness, orchestration environment, and integration constraints, adjusting scenario complexity while keeping permission boundaries explicit.
- Step 04
Customize
We tailor agent tasks, tool interfaces, and failure scenarios to suitable backlog examples, using bounded data and permissions to practice retries, fallbacks, and human handoff.
- Step 05
Execute
Participants build agent loops, connect tools, and run failure drills, receiving feedback on state transitions, recovery behavior, evaluation coverage, and the interpretation of execution logs.
- Step 06
Evaluate
We assess the working agent against its test set, reviewing task outcomes, failure handling, permission scopes, and the evaluation report’s account of quality and cost.
