Program Overview: What is Employee Experience (EX) Design and Measurement?
Employee Experience (EX) Design & Measurement is an instructor-led program for HR teams that want experience they can both design and prove. It covers EX foundations, listening architecture and voice of the employee, journey mapping and service design workshops, EX metrics, indices and dashboards, and action planning. Your team finishes ready to build better experiences and show the numbers behind them.
Training alternates design studios with analytics labs: mapping journeys in workshops, then building the metrics, indices, and dashboards that measure them. Three practice sessions give instructors time to critique both the designs and the measurement logic. Teams work with realistic workforce datasets, so the dashboards they build resemble the ones they will run. The program closes with a showcase of each team's EX design and measurement work.
Experience initiatives without measurement die at the first budget review, and measurement without design produces dashboards nobody acts on. Most HR teams do one or the other, rarely both. This program teaches them to pair the two: design the journey, instrument it, and improve it in a loop. The payoff is EX work that survives scrutiny because it carries its own evidence.
The capstone is a showcase where each team presents a complete EX design and measurement package: a mapped journey, a redesigned moment that matters, and the dashboard that will track whether it worked. Instructors and peers judge both halves, asking the design question and the measurement question in the same breath. Teams leave with a package they can defend in front of a CFO, which is where EX initiatives usually go to die.
The program blends short concept sessions with hands-on practice drawn from each team's real employee data and scenarios. Participants map actual journeys, build listening calendars, interpret survey results, and rehearse the conversations that make action plans stick. Everyone leaves with a 90-day EX roadmap ready to run.

We align employee-experience design expertise with HR professionals and people managers, introducing analytics concepts and facilitating cross-functional thinking across cultural, physical, and technological touchpoints.
- Step 04
Customize
