Manikandan

Manikandan has over twenty years of experience in the IT/ITES industry, focusing on service and project management. He has delivered over 800 training sessions on service management, project management, agile methodologies, and soft skills. He is known for using an interactive and immersive approach in his training. He utilizes techniques such as case studies, simulations, reflections, group discussions, recaps, role plays, hypothetical examples, industry-relevant examples, audio/video contents, diagrammatic representations, annotations, and mock questions. In addition, he has experience in creating customized training programs to meet customers' specific needs.

In addition to his training experience, Manikandan has worked as an agile transformational consultant for large enterprises. He was responsible for designing and customizing courseware to meet the needs of various learners and governing bodies.
