Program Overview: What is Constructive Feedback Corporate Training?
Constructive Feedback Corporate Training is Edstellar's instructor-led program for managers, team leads, and peers who need their feedback to land instead of wound. Participants learn feedback foundations, language and models that work, delivering feedback in real work situations, and receiving it with curiosity instead of defensiveness. Role-play practice runs through every module, building rehearsed muscle memory for one-on-ones, reviews, and corridor conversations.
Training is practice-heavy by design. Participants deliver corrective feedback in realistic scenarios, reinforce strong performance with specific language, and repair damaged conversations, all with instructor coaching on tone and timing. The difficult deliveries are rehearsed until they feel natural. The program closes with a feedback capstone showcase where each person demonstrates a full feedback conversation live.
Most feedback fails from bad technique, not bad intent: vague comments, poor timing, or language that sounds like blame. Teams avoid the conversation until performance has already slipped. This program teaches people to deliver corrective feedback directly and kindly, reinforce good work specifically, and take criticism without defensiveness, so issues get handled while they are still small.
The capstone showcase is where the change becomes visible: each participant conducts a complete feedback conversation, the opening, the hard message, the listening, the agreed next steps, in front of peers and instructors, and gets coached on what landed. People walk back to their teams having already survived the hard version once. The next one-on-one, review, or corridor chat runs smoother because the practice already happened in the room.
Most feedback fails not from bad intent but from bad technique: vague comments, poor timing, or language that sounds like blame. This 12-hour program builds the skills that matter in day-to-day work. Participants learn when and how to deliver corrective feedback, how to reinforce strong performance specifically, and how to receive criticism with curiosity instead of defensiveness. Role-play practice runs through every module, so people leave with rehearsed muscle memory, not just concepts. Content is tailored to your team's roles and the feedback moments they face most, from one-on-ones and reviews to quick corridor conversations.

Make Constructive Feedback a Practiced Skill Across Your Team
Edstellar helps teams replace vague criticism and avoided conversations with specific, actionable feedback. Participants use SBI and BOOST frameworks, rehearse difficult and upward conversations, and improve written feedback through guided practice. Facilitator and peer review focus on observable delivery skills, followed by a personal plan for feedback and follow-through.
- Step 01
Consult
We explore where feedback breaks down, including vague observations, defensiveness, and avoided upward conversations, then assess participants’ confidence with specific, respectful performance discussions.
- Step 02
Plan
We build from SBI observations and trust conditions to BOOST delivery, difficult conversations, and written feedforward, ending with assessed practice and a personal feedback plan.
- Step 03
Align
We align facilitation with workplace feedback experience, participant responsibilities, and confidentiality needs, so managers and peers can rehearse difficult conversations with appropriate support.
- Step 04
Customize
We adapt role plays to familiar performance gaps, peer accountability issues, and manager conversations, using realistic scenarios that let participants practice without naming colleagues.
- Step 05
Execute
Participants reframe complaints, deliver coached feedback, and rewrite harsh review comments, receiving practical feedback on specificity, tone, requests, and responses to defensiveness.
- Step 06
Evaluate
We assess a final role play for clear observations, constructive delivery, and agreed next steps, then review each participant’s feedback plan and follow-up routine.
