Program Overview: What is Cyber Threat Intelligence and Adversary Emulation?
Cyber Threat Intelligence & Adversary Emulation is a 24-hour instructor-led program for security teams turning threat intelligence into defensive action. Participants run the CTI lifecycle from collection to dissemination, plan adversary emulations with clear rules of engagement, execute ATT&CK-mapped TTPs in a lab network, and engineer detections from what the emulation reveals. It is built for SOC, detection, and threat intel teams that want to test defenses the way attackers do.
Training runs as live sessions built around hands-on offensive and defensive labs. Teams collect and analyze real threat data, plan an emulation campaign, execute TTPs against a lab environment, and then engineer and tune detections based on what got through. Instructors with red and purple team experience coach both sides, pressing on tradecraft realism and detection quality. The program closes with a capstone: a full purple team exercise run against the team's own detection stack.
Threat intel that never leaves a slide deck and defenses that have never been tested are the industry's most expensive illusions. This program fuses the two: intelligence drives the emulation, the emulation exposes the gaps, and detection engineering closes them. Teams stop assuming their controls work and start proving it, adversary by adversary.
The capstone is a full purple team exercise: the red side emulates a realistic adversary campaign with documented TTPs while the blue side detects, triages, and responds in real time, then both sides engineer new detections together. It is scored on emulation realism, detection coverage, and the quality of the resulting detections. Participants return with tested detections deployed, a repeatable emulation playbook, and the confidence that comes from watching their defenses work under fire.
Six modules and 24 hours: threat intelligence foundations, CTI collection and analysis, adversary emulation planning, emulation execution, detection engineering, and a capstone purple-team exercise. Every module pairs concepts with a guided lab, so each technique is practiced. It closes with a live purple-team cycle the team plans, executes, detects, and hardens.
Delivery is hybrid across virtual and onsite sessions, scheduled around your calendar. Cohorts train as one group or split into batches, with session materials and lab guides included for every participant.

Key Skills and Outcomes Your Team Will Gain
Seven job-ready outcomes your team will demonstrate by the end of the program. Each competency is practiced in guided labs and reviewed in the capstone exercise.
Run the CTI lifecycle
Define collection requirements, gather from OSINT and feeds, and disseminate intel your defenders can act on.
Score and prioritize intel
Analyze incoming intelligence for relevance and confidence so the right threats get attention first.
Plan adversary emulations
Scope controlled emulations with rules of engagement, ATT&CK technique selection, and detection objectives.
Execute emulated TTPs
Run sequenced adversary techniques in a lab network while logging actions for the defending team.
Engineer detections from findings
Convert emulation observations into tested detections and map coverage against ATT&CK.
Run purple-team feedback loops
Coordinate red and blue activity so every emulation improves detection instead of just testing it.
Lead a purple-team exercise
Plan, execute, and review a full emulation-to-detection cycle as a team under realistic conditions.
Teams that Benefit from this Cyber Threat Intelligence and Adversary Emulation Group Training
This group training is built for security teams that want threat intelligence driving real detections instead of sitting in reports. Content adapts to each cohort's roles, intel sources, and experience, so every batch practices the workflows it owns, from collection to purple-team exercises.

Where this Training Fits in Your Team's learning path.
Threat intelligence and adversary emulation comes after SOC work and OSINT, because intelligence depends on both internal alerts and outside sources. Your team then uses it to prioritise exposure management on the weaknesses attackers are most likely to use.
