Program Overview: What is Stress Management at Work?
Stress Management at Work is an 8-hour program for all employees, managers especially, who need resilience habits and pressure performance. Across four modules it covers understanding stress, in-the-moment techniques, building resilient routines, and leading resilient teams. It suits any employer responding to burnout or engagement concerns.
Training is interactive: every concept is taught through role plays, realistic workplace scenarios, and guided practice with personal feedback. Participants rehearse difficult moments, practice recovery techniques, and build personal resilience plans with instructor coaching in each session. The instructor facilitates every scenario and gives direct, supportive feedback. A two-and-a-half-hour capstone closes the program, where participants finalize and commit to a personal resilience plan.
Teams struggle with chronic pressure, emotional exhaustion, and coping habits that make stress worse. This program builds resilience: recognizing signals early, recovering deliberately, and designing workdays that sustain performance. Employees share practices, so resilience becomes a team norm.
The capstone is a personal resilience plan: triggers mapped, techniques chosen, and routines committed, reviewed with the instructor. Your team keeps the plan and the practice toolkit.

Build Practical Workplace Resilience Through Boundaries and Repeatable Recovery Habits
Edstellar supports workplace stress-management skills through reflection, guided practice, and realistic routine design. Participants recognize pressure patterns, rehearse calming and reframing approaches, and examine recovery and boundaries. A personal plan is reviewed for feasible habits and constructive peer support, with participants choosing what they feel comfortable sharing.
- Step 01
Consult
We explore common workplace pressure situations and existing coping routines to identify learning needs in recognizing stress, setting boundaries, and recovering between demands.
- Step 02
Plan
Understanding workplace stress leads into immediate coping approaches and resilient routines before a personal plan and supportive peer-conversation practice and review.
- Step 03
Align
Wellbeing-focused facilitation supports employees and managers with varied needs, keeping participation voluntary and discussions centered on workplace skills rather than personal disclosure.
- Step 04
Customize
Fictional pressure moments and sample calendars provide relevant practice without requiring health information, detailed personal experiences, or discussion of identifiable colleagues.
- Step 05
Execute
Participants rehearse pressure situations, test reframing approaches, and design recovery routines, receiving feedback on practicality, boundaries, and the language of peer support.
- Step 06
Evaluate
We review the personal plan for manageable routines, clear boundary-setting, realistic opportunities for recovery, and a supportive conversation approach the participant can explain.
