Program Overview: What is NeoLoad?
NeoLoad is Edstellar's instructor-led technical program for performance testers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams who must prove systems handle real load. It covers performance testing and NeoLoad foundations, scripting user paths, parameterization and reusable test frameworks, load profiles, monitors and scenario design, plus results analysis, bottleneck identification, and reporting.
Training is hands-on from the first module. Participants script realistic user paths in NeoLoad Design, parameterize data, and build reusable test frameworks instead of one-off scripts. Later sessions design load scenarios with monitors, execute tests, and analyze results to find genuine bottlenecks, with instructors reviewing every scenario for realism and every analysis for evidence. The program closes with a capstone end-to-end load test program.
Performance testing often produces theater: scripts that do not resemble real users, loads nobody will see in production, and reports that declare success while the system crawls under launch traffic. This program teaches testers to build tests that mirror reality, to read results skeptically, and to report findings that engineering teams can act on.
The capstone is an end-to-end load test program: a realistic scenario designed from production traffic patterns, executed results, a bottleneck analysis with evidence, and a report written for the engineering team that must fix it. Instructors judge the scenario's realism and the analysis's rigor. Testers return with a test program they can point at the next release and a report template that drives fixes instead of filing.
Six modules and 24 hours: performance testing foundations, NeoLoad scripting, parameterization and frameworks, load profiles and monitors, results analysis, and a capstone program build. Every module pairs concepts with a guided lab, so each technique is practiced on realistic applications. It closes with a capstone the team plans, builds, runs, and reports on.

Create NeoLoad Test Programs With Realistic Journeys and Evidence-Based Findings
Edstellar develops performance-testing capability through the complete NeoLoad workflow. Participants script user paths, correlate dynamic values, and design load scenarios before connecting monitors and interpreting results. The final test program is assessed for realistic behavior, repeatable execution, and findings that distinguish measured bottlenecks from unsupported assumptions about application capacity.
- Step 01
Consult
We explore application-testing experience and reliability responsibilities to identify gaps in user-path scripting, parameterization, load modeling, monitoring, and interpretation of performance results.
- Step 02
Plan
We establish NeoLoad foundations before scripting and reusable data-driven paths, then develop load profiles and monitored execution ahead of results analysis and the complete test program.
- Step 03
Align
We align performance-testing expertise with QA, engineering, and DevOps roles, adjusting scripting support and scenario complexity to participants' application and testing familiarity.
- Step 04
Customize
Sample user journeys and traffic profiles reflect relevant application behavior, enabling tailored correlation and peak-load exercises within controlled test environments rather than operational services.
- Step 05
Execute
Participants validate user paths, parameterize sessions, attach monitors, and analyze controlled load runs, receiving feedback on scenario realism, script reliability, and bottleneck evidence.
- Step 06
Evaluate
We assess the test program for validated scripts, justified load assumptions, correlated application and server evidence, and a stakeholder report that clearly explains findings and limitations.
