Program Overview: What is Salesforce Agentforce and AI Agents?
Salesforce Agentforce & AI Agents is Edstellar's instructor-led program for Salesforce professionals building autonomous AI agents on the platform. Participants master Agentforce foundations, Agent Builder, data grounding and prompt design, testing with guardrails and governance, and deployment across Sales and Service. It serves teams moving from chatbots to agents that act.
Training is build-heavy across 24 hours in a live Salesforce org. Participants design agent topics and actions, ground agents in real company data, write and refine prompts, and test agents against failure scenarios in guided labs. Instructors probe every agent design with direct feedback on safety and usefulness. The program closes with a 5-hour capstone: a production-ready AI agent.
Most enterprise AI pilots die as demos: agents that hallucinate, can't reach real data, and have no guardrails for production. This program teaches your team to build agents that are grounded, tested, and governed from the start. Every agent is built in a real org against realistic data, so the patterns survive deployment.
The capstone is a production-ready AI agent deployed in a Sales or Service scenario: grounded in org data, tested against edge cases, wrapped in guardrails, and demoed live. Participants return with a working agent and the engineering discipline to ship AI that the business can trust.
The program moves from AI agent foundations through agent building, data grounding, testing and governance, to deployment. Learners work through real-world scenarios such as a service agent resolving cases and a sales agent qualifying leads.
