Brazil LGPD Compliance Corporate Training is Edstellar's instructor-led program for privacy, legal, and compliance teams handling Brazilian personal data. Participants master the LGPD's foundations and the ANPD's role, then work through legal bases, consent, sensitive data, and data subject rights. Seven modules and 28 hours cover data mapping, DPIAs, incident response, international transfers, and governance.
The program is built around doing the compliance work, not reading about it. Participants draft RoPAs, run a DPIA on a realistic processing activity, and handle simulated data subject requests against the LGPD's deadlines in guided workshops. Instructors with privacy practice coach the hard calls, legitimate interest assessments, breach notification judgments. The program closes with a capstone compliance assessment of a realistic Brazilian operation.
The ANPD is no longer a paper tiger: enforcement actions and fines are landing on companies that treated the LGPD as a checkbox exercise. Consent banners alone don't survive scrutiny.
