Program Overview: What is Growth Mindset and Adaptability Corporate Training?
Growth Mindset & Adaptability Corporate Training is a 12-hour program for employees and team leads who need to stay effective through constant change. It covers growth mindset foundations, reframing self-talk and learning from setbacks, adapting through change scenarios, and building feedback-seeking learning habits. The emphasis is on practice, not posters: participants work through real workplace situations.
Training is instructor-led with guided practice scenarios and peer exercises. Participants reframe real setbacks from their own work, practise adapting to surprise change injects, and build personal learning habits with structured feedback loops. Instructors facilitate debriefs after every scenario and coach participants on their blind spots. The program closes with an adaptability showcase where each person demonstrates their growth in action.
Teams stall when change triggers defensiveness: people avoid feedback, hide mistakes, and cling to old methods while the work moves on. This program teaches people to treat setbacks as data, seek feedback early, and adapt deliberately, so change becomes something the team navigates instead of something it survives.
The capstone is an adaptability showcase: each participant presents a real change they navigated during the program, showing the mindset shift, the actions taken, and what they would do differently next time. Peers and instructors assess honesty and application, not polish. Everyone leaves with a demonstrated, repeatable way of handling the next disruption.
Most adaptability problems are not attitude problems, they are habit problems. This program rebuilds them. Your team first learns to hear the difference between fixed and growth language in themselves and others, then practices reframing setbacks into learning actions, handling surprise changes with a practiced method, and asking for feedback that accelerates growth. Every concept is rehearsed the same day it is taught, through role plays, paired practice scenarios, and coaching rounds. It closes with a capstone showcase where each participant handles a surprise change live, coaches a peer, and presents a personal growth action plan reviewed by peers and the instructor.

Practice Adaptability Through Reframed Setbacks and Concrete Learning Actions
Edstellar helps employees turn growth-mindset ideas into observable responses to workplace challenges. Participants reframe self-talk, rehearse unexpected changes, and practice seeking useful feedback before building learning habits. The final showcase combines a change scenario with peer coaching, reviewed for constructive action, listening, and the specificity of the personal learning plan.
- Step 01
Consult
We explore reactions to setbacks and workplace changes, identifying unhelpful self-talk, avoided feedback, and learning habits participants want to strengthen within their roles.
- Step 02
Plan
Mindset foundations lead into reframing and setback analysis, change scenarios, and feedback-seeking practice before the adaptability showcase and personal growth action plan.
- Step 03
Align
We align mindset and adaptability facilitation with the cohort's change context, providing supportive discussion and practice without assuming psychology or coaching-model knowledge.
- Step 04
Customize
Fictional restructures, process changes, and anonymized setbacks reflect familiar work pressures, allowing participants to rehearse responses without disclosing sensitive personal or employment situations.
- Step 05
Execute
Participants translate fixed statements into learning actions, request feedback, and respond to surprise changes, receiving coaching on listening, reframing, and choosing a practical next step.
- Step 06
Evaluate
We assess the showcase for a constructive response to change, attentive peer coaching, and a specific learning plan that turns feedback into observable practice.
