The Edstellar INTEGRATED SENSING AND COMMUNICATIONS Capability Model
Diagnose
Assess your team's current depth in radio systems, signal processing, and network design, and map the gaps against the ISAC skills your 6G roadmap demands.
Standardize
Establish a shared vocabulary for ISAC architectures, joint waveforms, and sensing metrics so RAN, RF, and planning teams design against the same performance targets.
Practice
Run guided hands-on labs on waveform design, sensing pipelines, and mmWave simulations so every learner configures, measures, and tunes a real ISAC chain, not just slides.
Measure
Score each participant on joint performance tasks: waveform trade-offs, detection and tracking accuracy, and a capstone ISAC prototype reviewed against engineering criteria.
Scale
Turn the capstone artifacts and hardening checklists into reusable playbooks so the skills transfer to live 6G planning, testing, and deployment work across your organization.

Program Overview: What is Integrated Sensing and Communications for 6G?
Integrated Sensing & Communications for 6G is a 28-hour instructor-led program for telecom engineers, wireless researchers, and R&D teams working on next-generation networks. It covers the 6G vision and the ISAC paradigm, wireless sensing fundamentals, ISAC waveform design, signal processing and estimation, security and privacy, and standardization. Participants build an end-to-end ISAC prototype.
Training runs as 28 hours of instructor-led sessions with heavy simulation work. Participants model radar and propagation, design OFDM and OTFS waveforms for joint sensing, and run a hands-on lab simulating ISAC over mmWave channels. Instructors with wireless research backgrounds review every design and coach participants on accuracy and system trade-offs. The program closes with the End-to-End ISAC Prototype capstone lab, where each team delivers a working prototype for a real 6G use case.
6G will not be just faster 5G; sensing and communication must be designed together from the start. Teams that treat ISAC as an afterthought end up with waveforms that do neither job well. This program builds engineers who can design for both and prove it in simulation before silicon.
The End-to-End ISAC Prototype capstone lab is where theory becomes hardware-ready thinking: each team selects a 6G use case, designs the joint waveform, builds the signal processing chain, validates sensing accuracy in mmWave simulation, and addresses security and privacy, then presents a working prototype to instructors who test it against edge conditions. Teams leave with a prototype and the simulation evidence behind it, which is exactly what R&D leadership needs to see before funding the next step. The prototype is the argument.
Across 28 instructor-led hours, participants progress from 6G vision and radar fundamentals through hands-on waveform construction, CFAR detection and tracking implementation, and a guided mmWave simulation sprint, before tackling security threat models and a capstone lab where each team designs, prototypes, and defends an end-to-end ISAC system for a real 6G use case such as V2X, smart factories, or digital twins. Every module pairs concept delivery with guided practice, so teams leave with tuned simulation setups, estimation pipelines, and hardening checklists they can reuse in live 6G planning and testing.

Cohorts are grouped by function so labs match the workflows each team owns; cross-team exercises in the capstone rebuild the end-to-end view.
Prerequisites: This program benefits network engineers, RF designers, planners, and wireless researchers most. Familiarity with basic wireless communications concepts helps, but is not required: foundations are taught from the ground up. No prior radar or 6G experience is needed, and labs adapt to each cohort's tools, whether teams work in simulation or on lab hardware.
Radio Engineer to ISAC Systems Specialist
Skills build in the order the program teaches them: foundations first, then guided waveform and sensing practice, then applied security and full system prototyping in the capstone.
One program that grows with wireless careers, from 6G basics to confident ISAC practice.

Where this Training Fits in Your Team's learning path.
Integrated sensing and communications is one of the newer ideas in 6G, so your team covers 5G Advanced and 6G basics first. This course then explains how networks can sense as well as connect, and the path ends with turning that into 6G and IMT-2030 strategy.
