- Execute process enhancement projects under the GPI framework with Service Line Owners at various global delivery locations
- Perform interlocks with respective execution teams at various Delivery Centers and IMTs for process enhancements
- Own deployment support for performing team practitioners
- Ensure consistency and depth of deployment, track progress, and status report
- E2E deployment execution line of sight
- Design and support deployment of Procedure Hardening and Execution
- Design and prepare checklists for best practice deployment and adherence auditing
- At the GSAR activity level, implement entry/exit criteria, inputs/outputs, RACI, control point / KPI, and Baselines / Hand-offs
- Collaborate for process improvements and standardization across Geographies, Accounts, and Delivery Centers
- Content preparation and imparting of hardened procedures training programs for global DCs / IMTs
- Act as catalyst to up-skill teams on hardened procedure execution and drive adherence
