Program Overview: What is Snowflake?
Snowflake is Edstellar's 24-hour instructor-led program for enterprise data teams building on the Snowflake data platform. It covers Snowflake architecture and account setup, databases, schemas and data loading, SQL mastery with semi-structured data, warehouse performance and optimization, and data sharing, pipelines, and Snowpark. Participants learn to run Snowflake as a serious data platform, not just a warehouse.
Training is hands-on inside a live Snowflake account from the first module. Participants load real datasets, write production-grade SQL across structured and semi-structured data, tune warehouses and clustering for performance, and build sharing and pipeline workflows in guided labs. Instructors coach each team on cost control, query design, and platform architecture, giving direct feedback on every build. The program closes with a five-and-a-half-hour capstone where each team delivers a data platform build.
Teams new to Snowflake burn money and patience: warehouses sized by guesswork, queries that scan entire tables, and architectures that copy legacy warehouse habits into the cloud. The platform's power stays locked behind default settings. This program teaches teams to run Snowflake deliberately: engineered queries, right-sized compute, and sharing that actually works.
The capstone is a platform the business can use: each team delivers a Snowflake data platform with the account architecture, loaded and modeled datasets, a documented query layer with performance baselines, and a cost-control setup with warehouse policies. Instructors audit the platform like a finance team audits a cloud bill, so the team leaves knowing exactly what every query costs and why.
Across six modules, teams move from architecture fundamentals through loading and SQL to tuning, sharing, and orchestration, ending in a capstone data platform build. Guided labs run in live Snowflake accounts so learners practice the engineering workflows they own, and every cohort leaves with templates they can reuse immediately.

Where this Training Fits in Your Team's learning path.
Snowflake follows warehouse fundamentals because your team should understand dimensional design before working in any cloud warehouse. After Snowflake comes dbt, which models data inside it, and then SnowPro Core preparation for those who want to formalise what they have learned.
