Program Overview: What is Blue Prism Corporate Training?
Blue Prism Corporate Training is Edstellar's instructor-led program for operations teams, process analysts, and automation developers adopting robotic process automation. Across six modules and 20 hours, participants study RPA foundations, the Blue Prism platform, and process discovery. The program covers process design, robot building, scheduling, the Control Room, exception handling, and governance.
Training builds robots from the first module. Participants design processes, build working automations in Blue Prism, and manage them through the Control Room in guided labs with instructor support. Each module adds operational reality: scheduling, queues, and the exceptions that break naive bots. The capstone is your automation build, a complete robot delivered for a real-style process. Handover documentation is checked for the completeness operations teams need on day one.
RPA programs stall when bots are built as demos: no exception handling, no governance, and processes nobody properly discovered before automating. This program trains your team to automate like operators, discovering the right processes, building resilient robots, and running them under real Control Room discipline.
The capstone robot runs a genuine process end to end: process definition document, built automation, exception handling paths, scheduling configuration, and a handover pack for the operations team, all reviewed against production standards. Instructors break-test the bot the way production will. Your team returns with automations that keep running after the trainers leave, and the discipline to build more.
Operations teams face heavy manual workloads, error-prone hand-offs, and backlogs that grow faster than hiring. This program shows where RPA clears repetitive work at scale and where human judgment must stay in charge of every consequential decision.
The result: teams that discover strong automation candidates, build robots that run reliably, and govern them with controls, supporting dependable automation across your organization.

Teams that Benefit from this Blue Prism Group Training
This program is built for operations, IT, finance, and process teams that own automation work. No deep technical background is needed: content adapts to role and experience, so each cohort practices RPA on the processes they actually own.
Automation that clears your backlog safely.
Operations teams learn to spot automation candidates and run robots that clear repetitive work. They practice discovery, builds, and control-room monitoring.
Workflow friction

- Assess candidates with rigor
- Estimate value and effort well
- Build a steady automation pipeline
Practice use cases
- Discovery workshops
- Estimation labs
- Pipeline reviews
Each cohort works through role-relevant labs, then leaves with reusable automation patterns for day-to-day work.
Prerequisites: This program benefits network engineers, RF designers, planners, and wireless researchers most. Familiarity with basic wireless communications concepts helps, but is not required: foundations are taught from the ground up. No prior radar or 6G experience is needed, and labs adapt to each cohort's tools, whether teams work in simulation or on lab hardware.
From manual processes to governed robotic operations
Learners ground themselves in RPA and Blue Prism foundations plus process discovery and design, then practice building robots, scheduling work, and operating the control room. Exception handling and governance complete the picture before the capstone automation build.
Teams move from process discovery to building, scheduling, and governing robots through the control room.
Mixed cohort, or several teams at once?
We can tailor the training to different teams, roles, and experience levels within the same program.
Certificate of Training Completion.
On successful completion, employees receive an Edstellar course completion certificate, recognizing their commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. It validates the skills they have built and motivates them to keep growing and contribute to organizational success.
Earned, not attended. Awarded on completion of all hands-on labs and the capstone project.

Where this Training Fits in Your Team's learning path.
Blue Prism automations are only as good as the process maps behind them. Your team maps the work first, builds and controls digital workers in Blue Prism, adds AI agents where judgement is needed, then puts the governance in place to run automation as an enterprise service.

Build Governed Blue Prism Automations from Process Discovery to Handover
Our Blue Prism training connects process understanding with robot construction and operational control. Participants map candidate workflows, build reusable automation logic, and manage queues and exceptions before preparing an end-to-end handover. The final review makes the robot’s scope, behavior, and support needs explicit rather than judging success only by a completed happy-path run.
- Step 01
Consult
We explore repeatable processes your team understands, identifying automation candidates, decision points, exception patterns, and the information needed to define a bounded robot build.
- Step 02
Plan
We establish platform foundations before process discovery, visual robot development, queue and Control Room practice, then governance and the complete automation handover.
- Step 03
Align
We adapt visual logic and process-design guidance to participants’ desktop experience, confirming application access and sample credentials appropriate for the training environment.
- Step 04
Customize
We tailor process maps, application inputs, and queue items to a representative workflow, including exceptions and workload patterns that require deliberate operating rules.
- Step 05
Execute
Participants build reusable objects, test decisions and loops, schedule work, and investigate exceptions with feedback on logs, access handling, and change control.
- Step 06
Evaluate
We assess the robot demonstration for suitable scope, correct outputs, tested exceptions, usable run evidence, and a handover covering monitoring, ownership, and controlled changes.
