Program Overview: What is Women in Leadership?
Women in Leadership is a 12-hour instructor-led program for women managers and emerging leaders strengthening their leadership presence and impact. It covers defining your leadership identity, navigating organizational dynamics, decisive leadership with executive communication, and coaching high-performing teams. Participants build a leadership approach that is authentic, visible, and effective.
Learning is reflective and practical: learners work through leadership scenarios, practice executive communication, rehearse difficult conversations, and coach peers in facilitated sessions. The instructor coaches on presence and influence, like commanding a room, handling pushback, and making decisions visibly. Peer circles provide honest feedback in a trusted setting. A 2.5-hour capstone closes the program as each learner builds a personal leadership action plan for the next 90 days.
Talented women stall when their leadership stays invisible: good work unnoticed, ideas uncredited, and promotions passing by. This program teaches leaders to make their impact visible, communicate with executive weight, and navigate organizational dynamics deliberately. The leaders who do this stop waiting to be noticed and start being impossible to overlook.
The capstone leadership action plan is deeply personal: the leadership identity each participant defined, the communication and influence practices they committed to, and the 90-day actions that make their leadership visible. Each woman leaves with a plan built for her context, not a generic template, and a peer circle that holds her to it.
This program is built for women at every leadership level, from emerging leaders to senior executives. Module by module, participants move from leadership identity to a working action plan: mapping stakeholders, navigating organisational dynamics, leading decisions, coaching teams, and communicating with confidence. Case clinics use real scenarios, and the capstone is shaped around each leader's own role. Sessions include workbooks, templates, recordings, and post-program support.
