Program Overview: What is SASE, SD-WAN and Zero Trust Network Access?
SASE, SD-WAN & Zero Trust Network Access is Edstellar's instructor-led technical program for network and security teams designing secure access across distributed sites. Participants learn SASE architecture, SD-WAN design and deployment, zero trust network access, and the security service edge that ties them together.
Labs mirror real enterprise deployments. Your team designs SD-WAN topologies, configures zero trust access policies, implements security service edge controls, and operates the integrated stack under the instructor's supervision. Each lab is reviewed for design soundness and security rigor, with coaching on the trade-offs practitioners face in production. The capstone is a full enterprise SASE rollout plan, defended like a real architecture review.
Legacy networks assume the office is the safe zone, so remote users and branch sites inherit risk the moment they connect. Point products bolted together create gaps no one owns. This program teaches converged, identity-driven design: your engineers stop extending the perimeter and start enforcing policy everywhere traffic flows.
The capstone requires participants to architect an Enterprise SASE Rollout for a fictional distributed company, from SD-WAN edge design through zero trust policy to security service edge controls, presented as a deployable plan. It is the closest thing to doing the job before the job exists.
Six modules and 24 hours: SASE foundations, SD-WAN design, zero trust access, SSE implementation, integrated operations, and a capstone enterprise rollout. Every module pairs concepts with a guided lab, so each technique is practiced. It closes with a capstone rollout plan the team builds, validates, and presents.
Delivery is hybrid across virtual and onsite sessions, scheduled around your calendar. Cohorts train as one group or split into batches, with session materials and lab guides included for every participant.
