Program Overview: What is Design Thinking and Service Design Corporate Training?
Design Thinking & Service Design is a leadership program for managers improving how their organization serves customers. Participants learn design thinking foundations, service mapping, ideation, prototyping service improvements, and leading change. It is built for service leaders and managers who own customer-facing processes. The program welcomes both new service managers and experienced leaders refreshing their approach.
Learning is workshop-driven around the participant's own service: leaders map current journeys, identify pain points, and prototype improvements with their teams. Instructors with service design experience facilitate each session and coach on stakeholder engagement. Testing cycles validate ideas with real users. The capstone is a redesign of a service the participant actually owns. Facilitated peer feedback ensures every prototype is challenged before it reaches real customers.
Services decay into frustration: handoffs drop the ball, processes serve the organization instead of the customer, and complaints repeat for years. Leaders tweak at the edges while the experience stays broken. This program teaches leaders to redesign services around the humans who use them.
In the capstone, each leader redesigns a service they own: journey mapped, pain points evidenced, improvements prototyped and tested with users, and an implementation plan their team can execute. They present the redesign to peers and return ready to lead service change that customers actually feel.
Across six modules, you will move from foundations to a full service redesign. Guided case clinics and peer circles give you practice with facilitator feedback, and the capstone leaves you with a rollout-ready action plan for a real service improvement. Content adapts to your role and experience, so each cohort practices the workflows it owns.

Lead Service Redesign Through Shared Insight and Tested Improvements
Edstellar connects design thinking with service blueprints, team ideation, and practical change leadership. Participants develop and test a service concept before planning its rollout. The final redesign review examines how the proposed change addresses observed needs, coordinates frontstage and supporting work, and uses test findings to shape implementation decisions.
- Step 01
Consult
We explore service ownership and operational frustrations to identify gaps in journey understanding, systems mapping, team ideation, and testing proposed improvements.
- Step 02
Plan
We establish design-thinking foundations before service blueprints and concept selection, then prototype clinics and change planning within the complete service redesign.
- Step 03
Align
We align service-design facilitation with managers and team leads, building design foundations and peer critique around the customer-facing operations they influence.
- Step 04
Customize
We tailor sample service journeys, concept briefs, and rollout constraints to relevant operations while retaining user needs and realistic coordination between service roles.
- Step 05
Execute
Participants facilitate ideation, blueprint services, and test prototypes, receiving feedback on concept relevance, operational dependencies, learning from tests, and rollout priorities.
- Step 06
Evaluate
We assess the redesign plan for clear improvement intent, coherent service changes, evidence from testing, and accountable actions for implementing and reviewing the rollout.
