Program Overview: What is Kubernetes?
Kubernetes is Edstellar's instructor-led technical program for DevOps, platform, and SRE teams running containerized workloads. Participants master cluster architecture and bootstrap, Pods and Deployments, configuration and secrets, networking and Ingress, persistent storage and stateful workloads, RBAC, Helm, and observability. The program fits teams that own Kubernetes in production.
Training is hands-on from the first module. Participants bootstrap clusters, deploy workloads, wire networking and ingress, configure storage for stateful apps, lock down RBAC, and package releases with Helm in guided labs on real clusters. Instructors coach your engineers through the failure modes that page you at night, reviewing every exercise with direct feedback. The program closes with a capstone where the team builds a production Kubernetes platform.
Clusters that grew organically become fragile: manual deploys, mystery networking, and incidents nobody can diagnose. This program teaches your engineers to run Kubernetes as a deliberate platform, with the architecture, security, and observability production demands. Teams leave deploying faster and sleeping better.
The capstone is a platform build: a bootstrapped cluster running real workloads with networking, storage, RBAC, Helm releases, and observability wired end to end. Your team returns with a platform pattern they can replicate across environments.
Six modules and 24 hours: cluster foundations, workloads and configuration, networking, storage and scheduling, security and Helm, and a capstone production platform build. Every module pairs concepts with a guided lab, so each technique is practiced on a live cluster. It closes with a capstone your team designs, deploys, and presents for instructor review.
Delivered hybrid across virtual and onsite sessions, scheduled around your calendar, with session materials and lab guides included for every attendee.

Where this Training Fits in Your Team's learning path.
Kubernetes follows containers because it schedules the images your team already builds. After running clusters, GitOps makes deployments reviewable and repeatable, and Kubernetes security hardens the cluster itself.

Build Kubernetes Platforms Through Workload, Networking, and Operational Practice
Edstellar develops Kubernetes capability by assembling a platform around realistic applications. Participants bootstrap a cluster, manage deployment changes, and connect networking and persistent storage before adding RBAC, Helm, and observability. The final platform demonstration includes documentation and runbooks, reviewed for workload behavior, access boundaries, recovery decisions, and useful operational evidence.
- Step 01
Consult
We confirm container and YAML comfort, review Linux familiarity, and explore deployment, networking, or storage challenges to identify the cohort's Kubernetes platform learning priorities.
- Step 02
Plan
We establish cluster architecture and bootstrap before workload configuration, then connect services, ingress, stateful storage, scheduling, and platform controls in the capstone build.
- Step 03
Align
We align Kubernetes engineering expertise with platform, DevOps, SRE, and security roles, confirming suitable clusters and sample workloads for controlled configuration and failure exercises.
- Step 04
Customize
We adapt sample multi-service and stateful applications to familiar operational patterns, including rollout, connectivity, and scheduling cases that require participants to justify configuration choices.
- Step 05
Execute
Participants deploy versioned workloads, test rollbacks, configure persistent storage, and package Helm charts, receiving feedback on probes, networking, RBAC, and dashboard usefulness.
- Step 06
Evaluate
We assess the platform and runbooks for working application paths, verified rollout behavior, appropriate storage and access controls, and evidence that supports operational diagnosis.
