Program Overview: What is ArcGIS Pro and Enterprise GIS Administration Corporate Training?
The ArcGIS Pro & Enterprise GIS Administration training is a 24-hour instructor-led program for GIS analysts, administrators, and IT staff who run spatial data platforms. It covers ArcGIS Pro foundations, geodatabase management, spatial analysis and geoprocessing, map design and sharing, enterprise geodatabase administration, and ArcGIS Enterprise with Portal. Learners practice on real geodatabases, web maps, and enterprise services.
Training runs across seven modules that combine instructor guidance with guided labs in ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise. Learners build geodatabases, run geoprocessing workflows in ModelBuilder, design publishable web maps, and configure enterprise databases, portals, and access controls. Instructors review each build and troubleshoot setup issues before the next module begins. The program closes with a three-hour administration capstone: a full enterprise GIS operations drill covering monitoring, security hardening, and governance.
Many GIS teams juggle unmanaged map files, duplicated data, and portals nobody governs. Analyses are hard to repeat, publishing stalls on ad hoc fixes, and licensing costs drift without oversight. This program trains administrators to run GIS as a platform: governed geodatabases, repeatable analysis workflows, controlled publishing, and monitored enterprise operations.
They run the whole GIS operation, health checks, patching, security, licensing. Your enterprise GIS stops depending on the one person who knows how it works.
Across seven modules, your team moves from ArcGIS Pro foundations to a full enterprise GIS administration capstone. Sessions use your-style datasets, hands-on labs, and real-world use cases, so every workflow transfers directly to your GIS program.
Delivered as instructor-led training, it fits around your calendar, with scheduling set along with you, and content tailored to your data, tools, and industry.

Each cohort works through role-relevant hands-on labs, then leaves with admin runbooks and workflows for day-to-day GIS operations.
Prerequisites: GIS analysts, technicians, and IT staff who work with or around an ArcGIS platform get the most from this program. Day-to-day familiarity with maps and spatial data helps, and any prior ArcGIS Pro or geodatabase experience lets participants move faster, but it is not required. Each cohort starts from its own baseline, so teams with mixed experience levels all finish with working admin skills they can use immediately.
GIS Analyst to Enterprise GIS Administrator
GIS analysts build solid desktop foundations, from ArcGIS Pro workflows to geodatabase design and spatial analysis, so they produce trusted maps and answers faster.
One program that grows with GIS careers, from desktop mapping to enterprise platform administration.

Connect ArcGIS Analysis and Mapping with Reliable Enterprise Administration
Our ArcGIS training brings desktop GIS work and enterprise administration into one practical learning path. Teams manage geodatabases, run spatial analysis, publish maps, and configure shared services before practicing operational support. The course connects the analyst’s output with the permissions, data management, and recovery procedures needed to support it.
- Step 01
Consult
We examine your GIS workflows and shared-platform responsibilities to identify needs in geodatabase design, analysis, map publishing, versioned editing, or operational support.
- Step 02
Plan
We move from ArcGIS Pro projects and data modeling to spatial analysis and cartography, then enterprise geodatabases, Portal services, and an operations drill.
- Step 03
Align
We balance GIS analyst and IT administration perspectives, checking spatial-data familiarity and the environments available for desktop, geodatabase, and Enterprise exercises.
- Step 04
Customize
We adapt sample spatial data, departmental access, and publishing scenarios to relevant GIS use cases while preserving a manageable end-to-end administration exercise.
- Step 05
Execute
Participants build geoprocessing models, publish maps, configure versioned editing, and rehearse recovery with guided feedback on data integrity and service accessibility.
- Step 06
Evaluate
We assess the operations drill through published service behavior, appropriate access, defensible analysis outputs, and evidence that participants can diagnose a simulated outage.
