Program Overview: What is Leading Innovation and Intrapreneurship?
Leading Innovation & Intrapreneurship is an instructor-led program for leaders, managers, and product teams who want to turn ideas into funded internal ventures. Your leaders spot real innovation opportunities, frame sharp business cases, design low-cost experiments, make disciplined bets under uncertainty, and coach innovators through setbacks. Sixteen hours across six modules build the muscle for entrepreneurship inside the enterprise.
Training opens with the intrapreneurial mindset, then moves into opportunity framing and business cases using the cohort's own ideas. Instructors run venture experiment case clinics where teams design tests that cost little and teach fast, then coach bet decisions with disciplined criteria. Leaders practice coaching innovators through setbacks and winning sponsors in role-plays with pointed feedback. The program closes with an intrapreneurship venture lab where each team builds a full venture proposal.
Great ideas die inside large organizations for one reason: the system was built for execution, not for experiments. Innovators get told to write a perfect business case for an unknowable future, or they get no funding at all. This program replaces that stalemate with venture discipline, so bets are small, learning is fast, and funding follows evidence.
The capstone is a complete intrapreneurship venture proposal each team builds around a real opportunity in their business. It includes the framed opportunity, the experiment plan with cost and learning milestones, the bet criteria for the next funding gate, and the sponsor strategy. Pitched in the venture lab and sharpened with instructor and peer feedback, the proposal becomes a funding-ready document, the difference between an idea that stays a hallway conversation and one that gets its first real bet.
Six modules and 16 hours: innovation mindset, opportunity framing, venture experiment clinics, bet decision frameworks, innovator coaching, and a capstone venture lab. Every module pairs frameworks with case clinics and peer circles, coached live. Delivery is hybrid, scheduled around your calendar.

Turn Internal Venture Ideas Into Testable Proposals and Sponsor Conversations
Edstellar develops intrapreneurial leadership through opportunity framing and disciplined venture decisions. Participants build concise business cases, design inexpensive experiments, and challenge uncertain bets with peers. Coaching and sponsor-pitch practice inform the final venture proposal, reviewed for problem clarity, learning goals, decision criteria, and a credible sequence of next steps.
- Step 01
Consult
We explore live innovation challenges, organizational blockers, and experience gaining sponsorship to identify where participants need stronger opportunity framing, experiment design, or venture decision habits.
- Step 02
Plan
We establish intrapreneurial thinking before opportunity cases, then connect experiment clinics, bet decisions, innovator coaching, and sponsor engagement in the final venture proposal.
- Step 03
Align
We align innovation and venture facilitation with innovation, R&D, business, and venture leaders, adjusting case depth to their decision roles and prior experience.
- Step 04
Customize
We adapt participant ideas into bounded venture cases, including uncertain assumptions and sponsorship constraints that require evidence-seeking rather than an immediate commitment to scale.
- Step 05
Execute
Participants defend business cases, design low-cost tests, and rehearse coaching and sponsor pitches, receiving feedback on learning value, decision criteria, and the clarity of requests.
- Step 06
Evaluate
We assess the venture plan for a specific opportunity, testable assumptions, proportionate experiments, justified bet decisions, and realistic sponsorship and execution steps.
