- To ensure the quality of the final product (Wire rods, Rounds, TMT Rebars) meets the standards (BIS) and customer specifications
- Monitor and analyze operational data that impact product quality and support management in decision-making
- Resolve quality issues with external customers, suppliers, and internal plant operations
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements through OPEX tools like Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Quality circles, and suggestion schemes
- Develop quality planning for multiple new project/product launches by verifying customer requirements and implementing them in design and production
- Evaluate interactions between associates and customers to assess personnel performance and implement strategies for customer satisfaction improvement
