Shashi is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CLSSMBB) and a registered Project Management Practitioner (PMP). He has extensive experience conducting training on Lean Six Sigma. Shashi has conducted over 600+ classrooms and 750+ live virtual classes for individuals and various corporates. In addition, he has trained over 6500+ individuals from diverse backgrounds on Lean Six Sigma.

Shashi has also delivered 150+ customized training on Lean & Six Sigma, specifically on Minitab, SPSS, SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA (Failure Modes & Effects Analysis), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), 5s, OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), and many more problem areas for various corporates as per their specific industry requirements. In addition, he has executed and mentored 29 Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, 67 Lean Six Sigma Green Belts, and 34 Kaizen Projects in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, ITES, finance & accounting, BFSI, healthcare, travel & tourism, hospitality, banking, textile, publication, BPO, automotive, aviation, oil & natural gas, construction, ports & shipyard, paper industry, and tea plantation.
