Swati has an MBA in Finance a Post Graduation Diploma in Financial Planning and Decision Making. She has a diverse professional background, including experience in corporate and investment banking .Through this experience, she has honed her skills in persuasion and negotiation. In addition to her professional experience, Swati is a visiting faculty member for MBA students at an esteemed education institute.

Lately Swati discovered her interest in the training and coaching industry and began her journey in this field. She is a certified master's diploma holder in training and development, a certified soft-skills trainer from the National Institute of Education, Training (Govt. of India), an NLP practitioner, a Life coach, and a Leadership coach from The American Board of NLP, and also a Licensed purpose coach. Currently, she is working on leadership training projects with many corporates and universities across India and coaching professionals one-on-one to help them break through mid-career dilemmas and find their core values and purpose in life. She also has international exposure, having coached and trained participants from across Asia.
