What is corporate Engineering training?
Corporate engineering training is instructor-led group training that builds an organization's ability to design, simulate, and operate engineered systems reliably. It spans CAD design, embedded systems, BIM and digital construction, radar and RF, reliability engineering, and product lifecycle management, taught against the tools your teams actually use. Programs are scoped to your disciplines, from mechanical design and electronics to structural analysis, and delivered to a closed cohort rather than sold as individual seats.
The distinction that matters commercially is between tool familiarity and engineering capability. Knowing a CAD package's menus is not the same as producing drawings that manufacture cleanly, or running simulations that predict real behavior. Our programs build the second, with hands-on exercises on your tools and your kind of problems, so engineers leave able to do the work, not just describe it.
Programs split across the major practice areas. CAD and design software, from AutoCAD and SolidWorks to CATIA, Creo, and NX. BIM and digital construction, including Revit, ISO 19650 execution planning, and structural analysis. Embedded systems and electronics: firmware, FPGA, PCB design, and sensor fusion. Radar and RF systems, reliability engineering, and PLM with Windchill and ENOVIA.
Every engagement starts with discovery: your disciplines, your tool stack, and which teams carry delivery risk. Trainers are then matched from a vetted bench of practicing engineers, and the program is tailored before delivery. Cohorts are closed to your organization, run in your timezone, and measured with pre and post assessments so engineering leadership can see what changed.
