Aarti

Aarti is an experienced lecturer in a college with over 20 years of work experience. She has a strong base in education and development. Also, she has delivered training to over 40 clients across diverse industries, age groups, and profiles. She has a proven track record of understanding the learning gaps of clients and creating training interventions to meet the respective goals of the organization.

One of Aarti's most interesting assignments was with Immigration Officers under India's Ministry of Home Affairs. Later she was asked to cover the entire North region at IGI airport, New Delhi, and International airport Kolkata. This challenging yet rewarding assignment took her three months to complete, but it instilled more confidence and strengthened her perseverance. She is an experienced and skilled trainer dedicated to helping clients reach their goals through effective training interventions.
