Krishnamurthi is a professional trainer who specializes in providing behavioral training to organizations. He has over 29 years of experience in teaching and training and possesses the 4Es required to design and deliver programs that achieve 3L - Informative, Interesting, and Inspiring.

His approach to training is to provide participants with what they need, to make the learning process interesting, and to give them takeaways that they can apply in the workplace. One of his most notable training experiences was the IMPACT workshop, a three-day program for the General Managers of an MNC. This program was well-received by many batches of senior professionals.
