Preethu is earnest and passionate, contributing 12 years of HR experience.

She is a skilled professional with having Master's degree in Human Resource from the University of Wales, UK, and a certified POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Trainer and Train The Trainer certification from Protouch. She also has a certification in Strategic Thinking from the University of San Diego. Having an experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Education, Insurance, Bio-Tech, and Events has given her vast knowledge in the sector, culture, work ethics, inclusion, and diversity.

Preethu is also a Team leader/player and has led teams in Recruiting, Payroll, Training, and Policy binding, including giving new and innovative ideas, creating an employee handbook, employee engagement, handled employee grievances. In addition, she is an adventure-loving person, certified in martial Arts, a passionate classical dancer, and a multi-lingual individual, which helps her to be good at employee relations.
