Sudhir is a Post Graduate (MCA) from Telangana with more than 18 years of experience in IT and training and development. His areas of expertise include verbal ability, induction training, corporate etiquette, employability enhancement skills, personality development, behavior, personal grooming, team building, leadership, personal coaching, group discussions, interview skills, presentation skills, time management, IT training, and basic and advanced excel training.

Throughout his career, he has handled large multi–location projects. He has been responsible for client servicing, designing training materials, content creation, training delivery, learning assessments, and post-program training evaluation.

Having vast knowledge in developing activities and modules in the training and its implementation. With various workshops and developmental programs under his belt, he is a proactive learner with abilities to implement changes rapidly.
