Tapan Kumar Dhar is a PMP® Certified Project Management Professional. He is passionate about Project Management as a discipline and how it can positively transform people, processes, and the environment, impacting every aspect of society and human existence.

After extensive research and training with hundreds of people from different backgrounds, Tapan understood the missing link, 'lack of SYNERGY.' It is the single reason for human suffering.

Using methods like Design Thinking and System Thinking, Tapan designed the concept of HEAD Club, and now it is registered as UDYAM under the MSME of the Government of India. His vision is to scale HEAD Club as a Global Platform which will be accessible, affordable, and effective for everyone who can benefit from a global support network that is run by the people and for the people in a democratic manner, focusing on improving human experiences.
